The helpful and kind receptionist, Ms. 洪, went above and beyond to assist us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location in Shantou City Center was convenient. Grateful for Ms. 洪's assistance.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The receptionist, Ms. Hong, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. She even used her personal WeChat Pay to book a service for us, which was very kind. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We wished we could have taken it home with us!
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Convenient location near public transportation and some local shops. the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The overall design of the hotel is dated and the amenities provided were minimal. The breakfast options were quite limited and did not cater to different dietary requirements.

Clean and affordable no-frills budget hotel. the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby markets and food stalls. the security is good and the rooms are basic but comfortable. the PC with internet connection in the lobby is a plus, as well as the easy availability of taxi services.
The hotel lobby could use more decor as the minimalist design is rather plain. One downside is the lack of an included breakfast and the charged breakfast is a bit expensive.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, with road side stalls selling vegetables and fruits nearby. the location is not ideal for those looking to explore the shopping belt of the city, but public buses at RMB1 make it accessible. smoking is allowed in many public places, which can be a downside for non-smokers. the rooms are clean, well-lit, and come with toothbrushes and toothpaste. You'll have no problem staying connected, as there are free and stable internet connections.
The hotel lobby is small and barely furnished, which can make a bad first impression on guests.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is convenient, with public transportation options available at a low cost.
